What does Tvarish mean?

​

Tvarish begins with you; tvam in sanskrit is you. And Nourish is the brand promise. When we put them together it is Tvarish. In short, Tvarish means Nourish yourself.

 

​What ingredients do you use in your mixes?

 

We use a blend of millets, lentils, and whole grains — like urad dal, moong dal, ragi, jowar, and other naturally nutrient-rich ingredients. Our products are 100% vegetarian and made without preservatives or artificial additives.

 

Are your products ready to cook?

 

Yes! Our mixes are pre-measured and easy to use. Just add water (or follow pack instructions), let it rest (if needed), and cook — no soaking, no grinding, no fermenting.

 

Are your products low in carbs?

 

Compared to traditional dosa batters, yes. We use complex carbs like millets and pulses which have a lower glycemic index, making them more blood sugar-friendly and suitable for weight-watchers.

 

Are your products diabetic-friendly?

Many of our products (like ragi or jowar-based variants) are made with low-GI ingredients and are suitable in moderation for people with diabetes. However, we always recommend checking with your doctor or dietitian.

 

Can I customize the batter with veggies or spices?

 

Definitely! You can add:

• Grated carrots, beetroot, spinach, onions, or chillies

• Spices like jeera, pepper, or hing

• A spoon of curd or lemon juice for extra tang (optional)

Do your products contain any preservatives or additives?

 

Absolutely not. All TVARISH mixes are 100% free from preservatives, artificial flavors, or additives. We believe in keeping it clean and close to nature.

 

How long do the mixes last?

 

Our products have a shelf life of 6 months. Since they are preservative-free, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and using them soon after opening.

 

What’s the best way to store the mixes after opening?

 

Once opened, transfer the mix to an airtight container or zip the pouch tightly. Keep it in a cool, dry place — no refrigeration needed.

 

Are your products gluten-free?

 

Many of our mixes (like ragi and jowar variants) are made from naturally gluten-free grains, but they are processed in facilities that may handle wheat. If you have severe allergies, please consult your doctor before consuming.

 

Do your products contain allergens?

 

While most of our ingredients are naturally allergen-free, our facility may handle wheat, nuts, or dairy, so cross-contamination is possible. Please check individual product labels and consult us if you have a severe allergy.

 

Are your products suitable for kids?

 

Yes! Our mixes are made from natural, clean ingredients and are perfect for kids’ breakfasts or school tiffins. No maida, no junk — just real food.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below that, a small shipping fee applies.

 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 

No, an order can’t be cancelled once placed.
