Returns & Refunds Policy - Mideli Foods Pvt. Ltd.

At TVARISH, we deeply care about the quality of our products and your experience with us. Our mixes are made fresh, with no preservatives, and are perishable in nature — which means we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. However, if something’s not right, we’ll do everything we can to make it up to you.

 

When Can You Request a Refund?

 

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Your order was lost in transit or not delivered at all.

  • There is a shortage in the package

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage, defect, or shortage in transit.

 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please write to us at customercare@tvarish.in within 48 hours of delivery, and if you have any other product-related or post-delivery complaints, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos of the product and outer packaging (clearly showing the issue)

  • A short description of the problem

  • A video of the package being opened (unboxing video)

Our team will review the issue and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

If eligible:

  • We will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days to your original payment method.

  • If only part of your order is damaged or defective, we will issue a partial refund/replacement accordingly.


What Is Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement

We will not accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • If the complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery (for refund) or 15 days (for general grievances)

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Seals are broken, product is used or opened

  • Serial numbers or packaging is tampered

  • No unboxing video or evidence is provided

Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

 

Returns

 

We currently do not accept returns, as our products are perishable. Allowing returns would compromise the freshness, hygiene, and quality we promise you.
