• We hold title to products until full payment is received.

5. COD & PAYMENT FAILURE

• You must accept COD orders when confirmed; refusal without valid reason may lead to deactivation of your account.

• We are not liable for issues arising from payment gateway or banking errors.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders are shipped India-wide. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

• We provide shipment tracking and are not responsible for courier delays or exceptions.

7. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

• Due to perishable goods, we do not accept returns.

• Replacements only for incorrect, damaged, or missing products—reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

• Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
